优质小麦品质性状的环境变异研究

【摘要】 为了明确不同环境对优质小麦品种品质性状的影响 ,为小麦优质育种、优质栽培和品质区划提供依据 ,利用河北省优质小麦区试的 6个优质品系 ,种植于藁城、石家庄、衡水和邢台 ,分析生长于不同地点的不同小麦品系的品质性状变异 ,不同试点对品质性状的作用和不同品质性状的稳定性。结果表明 ,不同品系的品质性状表现出不同的变异性。不同试点对小麦主要加工品质性状 (沉降值、面团形成时间和稳定时间 )的正向作用呈现规律性 ,表现为邢台 >衡水 >石家庄 >藁城。不同品质性状的平均变异幅度也有较大差异 ,稳定时间、面团形成时间和沉降值变异系数较大 ,蛋白质、湿面筋、干面筋和赖氨酸含量的变异系数较小。最后 ,根据不同品质性状的稳定性 ,提出了提高品质性状的措施 ,即品质性状遗传改良、优质栽培和优质区划相结合

【Abstract】 The intention of this paper was to make clear the effect of different environment on quality characters of high quality wheat variaties and to furnish evidence for high quality breeding, high quality cultivating and quality division of wheat. Using 6 high quality wheat lines grown in Gaocheng, Shijiazhuang, Hengshui and Xingtai of Hebei Province High quality Wheat Region Trial, the quality character variation of different wheat lines grown in different localities, the effects of different localities on quality characters, and the stability of different quality characters were analysed.The results indicated that the quality characters of different lines showed different variability. The positive effects of different localities on main proceeding quality characters of wheat such as sedimentation value, dough development time and stable time were regular, the regulation of positive effects was Xingtai> Hengshui>Shijiazhuang> Gaocheng. The difference of average variation range of different quality characters were obvious. The coefficients of variation of stable time, dough development time and sedimentation value were large, and the coefficients of variation of protein content, wet gluten content, dry gluten content and lysine content were small. Finally, we put forward measure for improving the quality characters, namely, the combination of genetic improving of quality character, high-quality cultivating and high quality division according to stability of different qaulity characters.
