注塑模CAD参数化特征造型技术研究

【摘要】 参数化技术通过规划或代数方程的形式定义了尺寸或要素之间的约束关系 ,实现对已建模型的动态修改 ,大大提高了注塑模设计的自动化程度。作为解决CAD/CAE/CAM接口问题的特征造型技术 ,将参数化思想和方法吸收进来 ,产生了先进的参数化特征设计方法。成为现代注塑模CAD领域的重要研究方向。本文详细介绍了一个参数化特征造型系统的结构、原理与实现方法
【Abstract】 Parametric technology define the constraint relationship between dimensions and key elements by means of planning or algebraic equation. It realizes dynamic modification in an existed model and enhances the automatic degree in injection mold design significantly. It has become a very important direction in injection mold research since it was combined with traditional CAD and featured with parametric design. This paper, introduces a structure、 principle and realized method based on a parametric featrue modeling system in detail.
