【摘要】 详细介绍了我国最新开发的短流程混开棉机组中的主要机台FA0 2 8型多仓混棉机、FA1 0 9型三辊筒清棉机的主要结构、重要机件规格参数 ,并通过工艺试验资料证明了机器具有优越的性能。在清梳联流程中配置该套设备可以缩短工艺流程、减少打击点、提高开松除杂效果、避免损伤纤维 ,可以防止棉结过多增长 ,其他性能与长流程开清棉机组相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper thoroughly introduced the main structure and important part specifications of main machines about shortened processing blower units developed lately by our country,main machines include FA028 multi\|bin mixer and FA109 three\|bowl picker,and proved the advantage of these machines by processing test means.If this equipment is adopted in blowing\|carding processing,we can shorten the processing,decreasing the beating points,improve the effect of willeying,aviod damaging the fibres and protect from exceeding increasing of neps,the other performances of this equipment are correspond to long processing blowing\|carding units.更多还原
