【摘要】 通过试验 ,分析了纺纱过程中各工序棉纤维整齐度与半成品、成品的质量关系。指出 :棉纤维的整齐度不仅影响半成品、成品的短绒率、条干CV %、粗节、细节、强力CV %、伸长率等质量指标 ,而且对强度的影响更为明显 ,是棉纤维的一项重要物理指标。为此 ,在混配棉时应注重棉纤维的整齐度 ,这样就可减少各工序的短绒率 ,为提高成纱质量打下良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the test,this paper analysed the relations between regularity of cotton fibres and the quality of semi finished product & end product in every spinning processing,and pointed out,the regularity of cotton fibres not only influenced the short fibre content,yarn evenness variation coefficient,nub,nip,strength variation coefficient and extension percentage on semi\|finished product & end product,but also significantly influenced the tenacity,this is an important physics target of cotton fibre,therefore we should pay attention to the regularity of cotton fibres in cotton mixing assorting,so as to decreas the short fibre content in every spinning processing and establish a good basis for improving the yarn quality.更多还原
