【摘要】 目的:观察格华止(850mg/片)治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法：20例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人（男女各10例，年龄56.32±9.12岁),单纯饮食控制或口服磺脲类药物血糖控制不良时加用格华止,开始剂量850mg/d,2周后视空腹血糖水平调剂量为850-1700ml/d。治疗12周。结果：空腹及餐后2h血糖显著下降(P＜0.01)。糖化血红蛋白、空腹及餐后2h胰岛素、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白亦明显降低。消化道反应发生率26.32%。结论：格华止(850mg/片)治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病降糖效果肯定，减轻胰岛素低抗，改善脂代谢并且相对安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To obseve the efficacy and safety of glucophage in treating the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Twenty patients(M10F10,age 56.32±9.12a)of type2 diabetes melitus were treaed with glucophage when they received diet control or sulfonylurea drugs with poor blood glucose control.The initial daily dose of glucophage was 850mg,which was adjusted to 850-1700mg according to the levels of fasting blood glucose 2 weeks late.For 12 weeks.Results:The fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose were remarkedly lowered after therapy (P＜0.001).Glycosylated hemglobin,the fasting and 2h postprandial insulin,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were also lowered after therapy. The prevalence of ingestive reaction is about 26.32%.Conclusion:Glucophage(850mg/tablet)is an effective and safe hypogly comic drug in treating type2 diabetes mellitus.Inaddition,it can reduce insulin resistance and improve lipid metabolism.更多还原
