【摘要】 将 1 2 7例确诊为十二指肠溃疡 ,且内镜下溃疡愈合为红色或白色瘢痕期的患者按接受治疗的先后分为治疗组 66例和对照组 61例。治疗组用香砂六君丸进行抗复发治疗 6个月 ,对照组继续服用雷尼替丁或法莫替丁维持治疗 6个月。结果 ,停药后 1年内 ,治疗组的复发率为 2 5.6% ,对照组的复发率为 62 .3% ,两组复发率经X2 检验 ,差异有非常显著性 ,P <0 .0 1。表明香砂六君丸具有很好的抗十二指肠溃疡复发的作用。同时发现 ,香砂六君丸对脾胃虚寒型的抗复发作用明显优于脾虚胃热型 ,P <0 .0 5,对幽门螺杆菌(HP) 亦有较好的根除作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases were randomly divided into two groups(66 cases in treatment group,61 cases in control group)according to the date of receiving the treatment when the ulcer changed to red or white scar under the endoscope.Xiang Sha Liu Jun Wan was given to the patients in treatment group for anti-relapse for six months.Ranitidine or Famotidine was given to the patients in the control group for six months.The result showed that,after the treatment was stopped,the relapse reat in the treatment group was 25.6% and was 62.3% in the control group,through statistic test,there was great difference between two groups(P<0.01).This indicates that Xiang Sha Liu Jun Wan has very good effect for anti-relapse of duodenal ulcer,and we also find that anti-relapse of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Wan is much better for deficient cold type of spleen-stomach than for spleen deficiency-stomach heat type(P<0.05),and Xiang Sha Liu Jun Wan has good function for eradicating helicobacterium pylorus (HP).更多还原
