【摘要】 目的　探讨对严重缓慢心律失常紧急心脏起搏救治的新方法。方法　 2 4例患者均采用非X线条件下 ,选择右股静脉穿刺插入起搏电极 ,于床旁行紧急心脏起搏。结果　电极到位率 10 0 % ,心脏有效起搏率 10 0 %。除 2例患者死于非起搏因素外 ,其他患者均安全度过危险期。结论　此法操作简便 ,起效迅速 ,疗效恒定 ,并发症少 ,为救治严重缓慢心律失常的可靠方法 ,尤其适合不能搬动而又需紧急心脏起搏的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study a new method to treat severe bradyarrhythmia by emergency cardiac pacing. Methods In 24 cases, all pacemaker electrodes were inserted through right femoral veins with x ray, and all hearts were urgently paced on beside. Results The rate of electrode arriving was 100%.The rate of effective pacing heart was 100%, All patients safely lived through danger period except 2 patients who died of non pacing factors. Conclusion The method has simple operating, rapid and stable effect, few complications, And it is dependable way to cure severe bradycardia, and particularly suit the patients who need urgent pacemaker and mustn’t be moved.更多还原
