【摘要】 目的：为提高颌骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样变Ｘ线、ＣＴ术前诊断水平。材料与方法：对经手术病理证实的５８例颌骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样变术前Ｘ线、ＣＴ表现进行回顾性分析。结果：５８例均行Ｘ线检查，２８例肿瘤呈膨胀性生长境界清楚的透光区，部分有分隔；１２例表现为均匀的高密度团块状骨化影；４例病灶呈溶骨性破坏，边界不清，伴有轻度骨膜反应或软组织块影；１４例为上颌窦囊肿，上颌窦腔内呈半圆形或圆形的境界清楚的略高密度影。１５例行ＣＴ检查，上颌窦囊肿表现为一侧或双侧窦腔内囊性圆形或半圆形肿块，薄壁，囊内呈水样密度。１例上颌窦畸胎瘤，表现为窦腔扩大，内含一高密度肿块影，内部可见钙化影。结论：Ｘ线平片和ＣＴ对颌骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样变诊断，均有很高的价值，ＣＴ检查能发现更多征象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To promote the X-ray and CT diagnostic accuracy of jaw benign tumors and tumorous lesions before the surgery.Material and Methods:The X-ray and CT appearance of 58 cases of jaw benign tumors and tumorous lesions were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were confirmed by surgical and pathological findings. Results: X-ray manifestation of 28 cases of tumor was local expansive decreased density area. 12 cases manifest as homogeneous increased density ossification.4 cases manifest as osteolytic lesions, with slight periosteal reaction or soft tissue mass. 14 cases of the maxillary sinus cysts manifest as round or hemispheric mass in the sinus.The mass margin was clearly. 15 cases were examined by CT.The CT finding of the maxillary sinus cysts was round or hemispheric thin wall liq- uid-density mass protruding into the maxillary sinus. One case of the maxillary sinus teratoma manifests as increased density mass in the dilatand sinus,and the calcification was seen in the mass. Conclusions: X-ray and CT is valuable in diagnosis of jaw benign tumors and tumor- ous lesions, CT can offer detailed anatomical information.更多还原
