【摘要】 目的 :评价MRI对放射性脑脊髓损伤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法 :总结分析6例经临床手术病理证实的脑脊髓损伤的MRI表现。结果 :4例放射性脑损伤 ,2例放射性脊髓损伤 ,其MRI表现为 :主要累及脑白质 ;T1WI呈不均匀低信号 ,T2WI呈不均匀高信号。Gd -DTPA增强扫描 :4例病灶均见不均匀异常对比增强。结论 :结合放射治疗病史 ,MRI能够对放射性脑脊髓损伤做出准确诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosing and differential diagnosing for emanative myeloencephatic lesion.Methods:6 cases were retrospectively analyzed,which were diagnosed by clinical manifestations or operation and pathology.Results:Among the 6 cases,4 cases were radiation encephatic lesion,and 2 cases were radiation myelo-lesion.The common MRI features were chiefly involving the white matter,ununiform low signal intensity on T1WI,and ununiform high signal intensity on T2WI;All lesion had ununiform enhanced by Gd-DTPA.Conclusion:Radiation lesion can be diagnosed correctly according to the MRI findings combined with radiation history.更多还原
