高空诱导对小麦诱变作用的研究

【摘要】 利用高空气球搭载鲁麦 1 4号干种子 ,在 30~ 38km高空漂游 8h ,回收种植 ,并调查SP1、SP2 代的性状表现和SP2 代单株与SP3代均值的相关遗传力。结果表明 :SP1代种子的发芽率、发芽势提高而出苗率和成苗率均降低。性状变异不大 ;而SP2 代多种性状出现较大分离 ,SP2 代单株与SP3代株系均值之间具有较高的遗传力。因此 ,认为高空诱变可以作为小麦诱变育种的一种新途径

【Abstract】 The dry seeds of the wheat cv. Lu mai 14 were carried the basket of a high altitude balloon to 30~38 km for 8 h. The treated seeds were planted and determined. The results showed that the emergence rate and seeding rate were decreased with the increase of germination rate and its force, and little variation of the characters of SP 1 generation; but bigger variation in SP 2 generation for many characters; there was high heritability between the single plant of SP 2 and the mean values of SP 3, so high altitude inducement can be used as a new method of mutation breeding.
