干旱对小麦生育后期旗叶衰老的影响

【摘要】 随干旱加剧 ,使旗叶的保护酶SOD、CAT活性受抑 ,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量增加 ,干旱愈重 ,SOD、CAT活性降低愈迅速 ,MDA含量迅速升高 ,从而导致旗叶可溶性蛋白质含量迅降 ,加重了膜脂过氧化程度 ,降低了清除自由基能力 ,加速旗叶衰老。由于重度干旱、中度干旱上述特性和对照差异显著 ,而轻度干旱和对照差异不显著 ,综上可以认为相对含水量 6 0 %为小麦旗叶正常生长发育的下限指标 ,可做为制定节水栽培措施的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Withtheincreasesofdrought,theprotectiveenzymeinflagleaflikeSOD、CATactivitywas inhibited;however,MDAcontentincreased ,theheavierdroughtwas,therapiderSOD、CATactivity decreaseandtheMDAcontentincreases ,theresultswouldleadsolubleproteininflagleaftodecrease rapidly .Theresultswouldacceleratethemembrancelipidperoxidationanddecreasetheabilitytore movefreeredicalandwoulddirectlyaccelerateplantsenescence. Becausethereweresignificantdifferencebetweenhighdrought,middledroughtandcontrol,but therewerenosingnificantdifferencebetweenlightdroughtandcontrol.Sowethoughttherelative watercapacity 60 %wasindiceinminimumfornormalgrowthanddevelopmentofwheat.
