【摘要】 本文从分析西方技术创新的激励理论入手 ,提出了林业企业技术创新的激励机制 ,并从三方面论证了林业企业技术创新激励机制的建立。

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the occident technical innovation inspirit theory,the paper puts forward the inspirit system of forestry enterprise technical innovation,and demonstrate the foundation of forestry enterprise technical innovation inspirit system from three sides.
