VVVF变频器电压及电流控制接口的设计
Voltage and Current Control on VVVF Inverter
【摘要】 通过VVVF变频器实现交流异步电动机转速控制的方法主要有 ,即电压、电流、脉冲编码及通讯控制四种。通过对S10 0总线TP80 1AD - 0 82模数接口板的总线及电压、电流输出电路的改进设计 ,满足了ISA总线微机 (2 86 ,386 ,486 )的接口要求及VVVF变频器电压、电流输入的要求 ,从而设计了一个计算机调速控制系统。经调试、实验运行 ,该系统的设计是成功的 ,其设计方法对于相似接口电路的设计具有参考价值
【Abstract】 There are mainly four approaches on AC motor speed adjustment systtem by an inverter,which are voltage,current,pulse encoding and computer communication controls.In this paper,methods of carrying out voltage and current controls with the AD-082 converter board and a computer of ISA Bus are introduced.The board is newly designed in two aspects of 3 Buses (AB,DB,CB) and voltage & current output circuits.The design appeases requirements in S100 Bus ISA Bus interface and input voltage and current values of VVVF inverter.The computer speed control system built to finish the Natural Science Fund of Henan Province is introduced.
