圆锥滚子轴承挡边弹流润滑膜厚的一种计算方法
A Solution of Lubricated Film Thickness on the Cone Back Face Rib of Tapered Roller Bearing
【摘要】 以弹性流体动力润滑理论为基础 ,建立了圆锥轴承滚子端面与内圈挡边间膜厚的计算模型。对现有膜厚的计算方法 (直接迭代法 )进行了改进 ,提出了该模型的复合迭代法。通过对圆锥轴承挡边膜厚的计算表明 ,该方法的求解误差小 ,收敛速度快 ,是一种有效的求解方法
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the authors established the mathematical model of film thickness between the cone back face rib and the large end face for a tapered roller bearing, and improved the usual calculation method that is the method of direct iteration for film thickness and accordingly proposed a new iteration for the model. The rsult shows that the method can reduce the deviation,increase convergent speed and is an effective one.
