老年2型糖尿病患者氧自由基代谢、血清NO、SOD、MDA及血脂、血流变指标关系探讨

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者氧自由基和一氧化氮(NO)改变与高粘滞血症、高脂血症情况。 方法对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者于入院后次日测血超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、 NO、血胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯( TG)、脂蛋白、全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数等。对上述参数作直线相关检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果 糖尿病患者血清NO明显低于正常对照组,SOD低于≤59岁正常对照组;血脂、血流变部分参数均高于正常对照组。 SOD、 NO与血脂、血流变部分参数呈明显负相关。结论 老年Ⅱ型糖尿病中高脂血症、高粘滞血症与氧自由基积聚及NO减低有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study high lipoidemia.high viscosity oxide free - radical and NO in elderly NIDDM. Methods 48 patients took part in this survey were tested for serum SOD.NO.MDA.lipid and hemorrheology, tests between normal controls and NIDDM were compared. These analyses were carried out with linear regression methods. Results Serum SOD and NO in NIDDM were lower than normal controls, serum lipid and some paraments of hemorrheology were higher than normal controls significantly. The SOD and NO were negatively associated with lipid and some paraments of hemorrheology significantly. Conclusions Accumulation of oxide free radical and reduced NO were interacted with high lipoidemia and viscosity significantly.
