【摘要】 目的　观察复方海蛇胶囊（ＲＳＣ）治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法　随机双盲法用药，共１０８例，治疗组５８例（单纯ＶＤ２２例、单纯ＡＤ３１例，ＡＤ＋ＶＤ ５例）；空白对照组５０例（ＶＤ２９例、ＡＤ１８例，ＶＤ合并ＡＤ３例），治疗组服ＲＳＣ，对照组服空白胶囊，均为每例每次６粒，每粒０．２８克，每日三次，疗程３个月。以ＭＭＳＥ、ＨＤＳ、ＷＭＳ评定疗效。结果①ＲＳＣ与对照组治后ＭＭＳＥ增值分别为２．８８０±１．３９０及１．７８０±１．３４５（Ｐ＜０．００１），治后总有效率分别为６５．５２％及２８．０％（Ｐ＜０．００１），均有显著差异；②ＨＤＳ增值分别为２．４０５±１．４４９及１．０７０±１．６２６（Ｐ＜０．００１），总有效率分别为５３．４５％及３０．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５），亦均有显著差异；③ＲＳＣ治疗前后ＭＱ分别为６８．１±１２．６及７２．２±１４．２（Ｐ＜０．００１），对照组治疗前后分别为６７．１９±１１．６及６８．７±１２．０（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＲＳＣ与对照组治疗后复查ＭＱ增值分别为４．１９０±３．４２０及１．５００±３．９７５（ｔ＝３．７８，Ｐ＜０．００１）。二组总有效率分别为４４．８３％及２０．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy of Reinhardt and Sea Cucumber Capsule(RSC, Sea animal products) to treat dementia in the aged. Methods Double blind trial was performed in 108 cases of dementia (RSC 58: VD 22, AD 31, VD + AD 5; placebo: 50, VD 29, AD 18, VD + AD 3) in the aged with MMSE≤24. The dosage of RSC(0 .28g/cap) and placebo for each case was 6 capsules tid for 3 months. The effects were evaluated with MMSE.HDS and MQ(WMS). Results ①MMSE increment: RSC 2. 880 ± 1. 390, placebo 1. 780 ± 1. 345(P < 0 .001); Total effective rate: RSC 65. 52%, placebo 28. 0% (P < 0.001 ). ② HDS increment: RSC 2. 405 ± 1. 449, placebo 1 .070 ± 1. 626(P < 0. 001); Total effective rate: RSC53. 45 %; placebo 30. 0% (P < 0. 05). ③MQ increment: RSC 4. 190 ± 3 .420, placebo 1. 500 ± 3. 975 (P < 0. 001); Total effective rate: RSC 44. 83 %, placebo 20. 0% (P < 0 .05). ④Similar effects were observed in VD and AD with slightly better results in VD. No significant side effects were observed. ⑤The mechanism of RSC to improve cognitive function in the demented may be related to its effects to enhance neuron growth.to increase acetylcholine and to decrease glutamine level in the brain as confirmed in cell and animal experiment, and to improve free radical metabolism and microcirculatory state as confirmed clinically. Conclusions RSC is effective and safe to treat dementia (AD.VD) in the elderly.更多还原
