南瓜粉面包的研制

【摘要】 以南瓜粉为新食物源 ,采用二次发酵工艺研制出绿色面包 ,此面包特别适合中老年人食用 ,是一种新型的保健食品
【Abstract】 With the pumpkin powder as a new food material, applying the technique of the second-time ferment, we have developed a kind og green bread, which ia a new kind of healthy food especially suitable to the middle-age and old people.
