【摘要】 针对实际中发现的反包高时发生横向裂口、反包低时发生沿胎体帘布层内侧脱层这一问题 ,利用有限元分析了反包低时与胎体反包端点相连的上三角胶的剪切应力τ1 2 和τ1 3,反包高时胎体帘布端点上方与胎体帘布端点相连的 3个单元的正应力σ1 1 。应力分析结果与实际胎圈部分发生破坏的模式基本一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the lateral crack with larger turn up height and the seperation along the inner side of carcass ply with smaller turn up height,the shear stresses τ 12 and τ 13 on the upper filler strip connecting to turn up end with smaller turn up height and the positive stress σ 11 on the three elements over and connecting to turn up end with larger turn up height were analysed by FEA.The results of stress analysis were in accordance with the failure mode of bead area in practical service.更多还原
