乳酸发酵短杆菌中的赖氨酸代谢控制发酵
The Metabolism Controlled Fermentation of Lysine in Brevibacterium Lactofermentum
【摘要】 以本室选育的赖氨酸产生菌AL 0 39为出发菌株 ,以亚硝基胍诱变 ,筛选到一株氟丙酮酸敏感型突变株FP 0 94,其赖氨酸产量比出发菌株提高 37.5 %。进而研究了生物素、醋酸钙对该菌产赖氨酸的影响。
【Abstract】 A L-lysine producer FP 094 was obtained from an original strain AL 039 by mutation of NTG treatment. Compared with AL 039, the L-lysine productive capacity in FP 094 has been increased by 37.5%. The effect caused by biotin and/or Ca(Ac) 2 has been researched
