【摘要】 目的 :探讨E Cadherin表达与乳腺癌的分级、浸润、淋巴结转移及病人预后的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S P方法对10 9例乳腺癌E Cadherin表达进行研究。结果 :乳腺癌E Cadherin表达阳性率为 5 2 3% ,其表达与肿瘤组织学类型无关。E Cadherin表达 ,阴性患者淋巴结转移率显著高于阳性者 (92 3%对 2 4 6 % ,P <0 0 1) ;E Cadherin阳性患者 5年生存率比阴性者显著增高 (84 2 %对 2 8 5 % ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :E Cadherin表达对估计乳腺癌淋巴结转移及病人生存期有重要意义 ,可作为评估乳腺癌转移和预后指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the relationship of expression of E Cadherin with staging,infiltration,node metastasis and prognosis in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical technique(S P method) was applied to detect E cadherin expression in 109 cases of breast cancer. The expression was not relationship to histologic classification. Results For E Cadherin,positivity rate in all cases was 52 3%, lympho rate of node metastasis decreased significantly in nonexpression of E Cadherin cases,compared with the positive expression ones(92 3% vs 24 6%, P <0 01).5 year survival rate in positive E Cadherin cases increased significantly,compared with the negative E Cadherin ones (84 2% vs 28 5%, P <0 01).Conclusion E Cadherin expression,as a clinical valuable marker, has a great significance in assessing node metastasis and survival.更多还原
