关于东风4型机车柴油机G型连杆损伤原因分析
Reason analysis of damage of G Type connecting rods of diesel engines for DF4 locomotives
【摘要】 结合检修工作实际 ,介绍了连杆及其附件易发生损伤的现象 ,指出损伤原因是连杆大端孔变形 ,连杆螺钉的紧固受力平面拉伤、犁削 ,以及连杆螺钉疲劳变形 ,并提出了解决方案
【Abstract】 Based on actual maintenance, the phenomenon of the connecting rods and their accessories easily damaging was introduced. Analyses showed that the reasons were deformation of holes for bigger ends of connecting rods, scuffing and ploughing on the clamping and stressing surface and fatigue deformation of bolts for connecting rods. Some improvement suggestions were proposed.
