【摘要】 使用手术暴露大鼠的大脑中动脉 ,局部用三氯化铁损伤血管的方法 ,造成大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型 ,以观察血栓形成后不同时间 70味珍珠丸对局部脑缺血引起的行为障碍和脑梗塞面积的影响。结果显示 :70味珍珠丸 0 .5g/kg和 1g/kg组 ,均有明显减轻缺血性脑梗塞引起的行为障碍 ;减少梗塞面积 ;使缺血性脑组织病理变化减轻 ,对脑缺血有保护作用。与模型组及阿斯匹林组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) 。更多还原

【Abstract】 The animal model of middle cerebral artery thrombosis was prepared in Wistar rats by adding FeCl 3 to the surface of right middle cerebral artery.The effect of 70 Wei Zhen Zhu Wan on neurological deficits were observed after operation 3h,6h and 24h.The size of cerebral infarction was evaluated after thrombosis 24h,and compared with model group and Aspirin group.The results showed that 70 Wei Zhen Zhu Wan has good effects on treating ischemia cerebral infarction.The behavior disorder were improved significantly as compared with model group and Aspirin group( P <0.01).The infarcted areas were significant decrease.These studies suggest that this Tibetan medicine had the protective effect to cerebral ischemia,at the same time it also could reduce symptoms.更多还原
