【Abstract】 Teaching and Research Department of Marxism Leninism and Moral EducationBeing one of the heated problems in present international society, human rights is not only an academic problem theoretically, but also one concerning complicated politics,economy and society. The relationship between human rights and defending state sovereignty is the paramount problem to be settled in the process of the guarantee with human rights.
