【摘要】 目的　评价有关右室梗死各心电图诊断标准的准确性、特异性和实用性。方法　根据临床常使用的诊断右室梗死的五个心电图标准对 2 0例急性下壁心肌梗死患者的心电图及冠状动脉造影结果进行分析和比较。结果　右室梗死的发生率为 40 % ,梗死部位在右冠状动脉者占 90 .0 % ,伴右室梗死时梗死发生在右冠近端者占 87.5 %。五个诊断标准对右室梗死的评估显示 :标准 1和 5较好 ,使用修正标准后敏感性与特异性改进不大。而 2、3及 4三个标准中修正标准均相对较好 ,其中修正标准 2最好。结论　有关右室梗死的心电图诊断标准 1和 5及修正标准 2值得推荐更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the sensitivity,specificity,practicability of diagnostic standareds of right ventricular infarction.Methods Analyse and compare the electrocardiography and the coronary arteriography of 20 acute inferior myocardial infarction according to 5 diagnostic standareds of right ventricular infarction that had been often used in hospitals.Results In all patients the 90% of infarction position located right coronary artery and the ratio of right ventricular infarction was 40% in which 87.5% of the infarction position located in the beginning part of right coronary atrery.Among the 5 diagnostic standards,the sensitivity,specificity and practrcability of the 1st and 5th standards were better than others,but those of the 2nd,3rd and 4th amended standareds were comparatively better than that of their sandareds,in which the 2nd amended standareds was best.Conclusion It is recommended that the diagnostic standard of electrocardiography are the lst、5th and 2nd amended one.更多还原
