【摘要】 目的 探讨125例Graves病 (GD)患者组、51例GD治疗恢复组及72例正常健康者 (HG)血清催乳素 (PRL)水平。方法 用RIA法测清晨空腹血清PRL,GD组同时送测TT3、TT4、rT3、FT4、TGA、TMA ,用IRMA法测TSH。结果 GD组血清PRL水平较CG组明显升高(P<0.01) ,且随病情恢复而降低 (P<0.05)。 结论 提示血清PRL参与Graves病患者的免疫病理机制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the serum prolectin levels in cases with Graves diseases, GD cases at the recovery stage and healthy cases. Methods Detections were made on the serum levels of prolectin in 125 cases by using radioimmunoassay, while in the cases of Graves’ disease, TT3, TT4, rT3, FT3, FT4, TGA and TMA were also detected. TSH was detected by IRMA method. Results The prolectin level in Graves’ diseases was much higher than that in the healthy cases ( P<0.01 ), and decreased with the improvement of the disease conditions. Conclusion Prolectin was correlated with the immunopathological mechanism of the Gravess diseases.更多还原
