【摘要】 观察西沙必利对２型糖尿病性便秘的疗效。方法：２型糖尿病便秘病人５５例（男３３例，女２２例）采用西沙必利１０～ ２０ｍｇ，一日三次。结果：能有效改善糖尿病性便秘，总有效率达 ８０％。结论：西沙必利为全胃肠道动力药物，通过释放乙酰胆碱增进胃肠运动达到通便作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of cisapride one of gastrointestinal prokinetic dings improving con- stipation disease in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 33 male and 22 females of 55 cases were prescribed cisapride 10-20mg each time, three times a day. Results: The total efficiency of cisapride improving the constipation in 80 per cent of cases.
