巯基棉富集分离高灵敏度吸光光度测定痕量汞——Hg2+-Br--RhB-Tween80体系

【摘要】 研究了在表面活性剂吐温 - 80存在下 ,汞与溴化物和罗丹明 B形成水溶性离子缔合物吸光光度测定痕量汞的方法。缔合物在 532 nm处有最大吸收 ,汞量在 0~ 4.0μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 8.76× 1 0 5L·mol-1·cm-1。结合巯基棉分离富集技术 ,测定了水样中痕量汞 ,方法灵敏度高 ,选择性好

【Abstract】 It is found that an ion associate complex is formed between Hg 2+ 、 Br - and rhodamine B with a absorption maxima at 532nm and a apparent molar absorptivity of 8.76×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the range 0~4.0μg of mercury in 25ml. The proposed method has been used for the determination of trace mercury in water after enrichment on sulfhydryl cotton. It is proved that the proposed method is good both in selectivity and sensetivity.
