【Abstract】 The nuclear scale is developed on the basis of increasingly advanced management level of agricultural and industrial production and full establishment of network system. A measuring process of the nuclear scale operates on the network system, which allows quick transmission and inquiry of instantaneous and historic data of nuclear scale on the network.
