【摘要】 [目的 ]检验工作能力指数表中文版的信度和效度。 [方法 ]对 5 2 13名不同职业人群进行WAI调查 ,并对其中 36名职业人员进行了重复调查。使用重测信度、分半信度的方法进行信度检验 ;WAI调查表中各条目间的一致性检验及职业人群不同背景资料与WAI的关系进行效度检验。 [结果 ]信度检验表明 ,重复调查的WAI得分组内相关系数为 0 .84;分半信度具有显著的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。效度检验表明 ,各条目间的一致性较好。 [结论 ]WAI表中文版具有较好的信度和效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] This study is to test reliability and validity of work ability index(WAI) in Chinese version.[Methods] A total of 5228 with different professional workers was investigated with questionnaire of WAI in Chinese version.36 among them were investigated repeatedly in an interval of two months.Reliability and validity of WAI were determined with test retest reliability and coherence among items or total in WAI. [Results] Internal class correlation coefficient (ICC) was 0 84 in test retest reliability.Pearson coefficient was 0.503 in half test reliability.Evidence for validity was significant by coherence among items or total.[Conclusion] Good reliability and validity of WAI in Chinese version were demonstrated.更多还原
