【摘要】 全面实施从应试教育向素质教育转轨 ,不能单纯地谈“坚持考试”或“取消考试” ,而应客观地、冷静地探索“考试”存在的历史性和社会必然性 ,并在此基础之上提出具体而可行的措施 ,使得这一问题能得到相对完善的解决。由于人们传统教育观念的影响 ,以及办学能力与人口基数的差距 ,在目前情况下 ,“考试”不能完全取消 ,而应在强化考试的评价与反馈功能、弱化考试的选拔功能的同时 ,辅之以全方位、多层次、多样化的评价手段更多还原
