【摘要】 目的 :观察芦沙坦 (L os)对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的治疗作用。方法 :采用开放、分组对照研究方法对 6 6例入院老年充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者按区组随机化分组 ,分别运用 L os和依那普利 (Ena)治疗 12 wk,观察两组的心功能及临床症状的变化 ,并采用多普勒心超仪监测用药前后的血液动力学。结果 :两组每搏量 (SV)、心脏指数 (CI)和左室射血分数 (EF)治疗后均显著提高 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ;心功能明显改善 ,试验组 级转为 级者 4例 , 级转为 级者 2例 , 级转为 级者 2 5例 ,无变化者 2例 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :L os能较好地改善老年 CHF患者的心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To assess the effect of losartan in senile patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). METHODS: Sixty six senile patients with CHF were enrolled into an open parallel control study. Thirty three patients were randomly treated with losartan (trial group) while the others with enalapril (control group). The clinical symptoms, heart function (HF) were observed during the treatment for 12 wk. Meanwhile, their hemodynamic changes were evaluated with echocardiograms before and after the therapy. RESULTS: The stroke volume (SV), cardiac index (CI), left ventricular eject fraction (EF) were significantly increased ( P <0 01, P <0 001, P <0 05 respectively). Four patient’s heart function classification in trial group was improved from Ⅳ to Ⅲ grade, 2 from Ⅳ to Ⅱ, 25 from Ⅲ to Ⅱ and 2 cases did no change. CONCLUSION: Losartan can be used to improve heart function in senile patients with chronic CHF.更多还原
