三种兔增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变模型的探讨
Comparison of three kinds of PVR models of rabbit
【摘要】 目的 比较三种 PVR模型的优缺点 ,从而确定一种比较理想的 PVR模型。方法 新西兰大白兔 9只 ,平均分为 ABC三组。 A组 :全麻后抽前房水 0 .1m l,向玻璃体腔注射兔成纤维细胞 0 .1ml;B组 :全麻下抽前房水 0 .1m l,向玻璃体腔注射自体血浆 0 .1ml;C组 :全麻下玻璃体切割 ,在赤道区造成一个 3PD大小的视网膜裂口 ,在远离裂口和裂口当中过量冷凝。三组术后观察 2个月。结果 所有眼玻璃体腔内出现增殖性改变。其中 A组有5眼发生视网膜脱离 ,B组有 3眼发生视网膜脱离。 C组有 4眼发生视网膜脱离。结论 视网膜裂口 +过度冷凝导致的 PVR,是较为理想的 PVR模型。
【Abstract】 Objective Three kinds of PVR models of rabbit were studied to seek a suitable PVR model.Method 9 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into three groups:A.B.C.Group A 0.1ml aqueous was drained from anterior chamber and 0.1ml Ns containing 24x10 5 Fibroblasts was injected into the cavity.Group B:0.1ml aqueous was drained and 0.1ml auto-plasma was injected into the cavity.Group C:after vitrectomy,a retinal tear of three PD was made at the equator area.Over-cryotherapy was made far from and in the retinal tear.For each group,the observation time was 2 months.Results all eyes produced PVR,with 5 eyes developing retinal detachment in group A,3 eyes in group B and 4 eyes in group C.Conclusion PVR induced with over-crytherapy and retinal tear in more suitable as PVR model.
