【摘要】 目的 :探讨局部应用氨甲喋呤 (MTX)、卡介苗 (BCG)预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 :对 1 3例浅表性膀胱癌和 5例浸润性膀胱癌施以膀胱部分切除术 ,术前行 MTX膀胱灌注 ,术中和术后分别行 MTX膀胱粘膜下注射和直肠粘膜下注射 ,术后行小剂量 BCG膀胱灌注。结果 :全部病例得到随访 ,时间为 6～ 40个月 ,平均 2 8个月。3例复发 ,复发率 1 6.7%。结论 :该疗法可以增加膀胱癌患者保留膀胱的治疗机会 ,为膀胱癌的治疗提供了又一有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the treatment and prevention of MTX and BCG in bladder cancer. Methods: Partial cystectomy has been carried out for 13 cases of superficial bladder tumor and 5 cases of infiltrative cancer from April 1993 to December 1996.Before and in operation,intravesical instillation and submucosal local infiltrative injection with MTX have been used seperately.After operation rectal submucosal injection of MTX and intravesical minor BCG instillation have been adopted for 18 cases tumor.Results:The mean follow-up has been ranging from 6 to 40 months with 3 recurrence ( 16.7 %) for all cases.Conclusions:The therapy may increase the chance of bladder preservation for infiltrative tumor which may be effective in bladder tumor.更多还原
