【摘要】 目的 :减少复杂肾结石患者术中出血量 ,保护肾功能。方法 :采用低温下肾动脉阻断对 73例复杂肾结石患者进行外科手术治疗。结果 :平均出血量为 1 80 ml,术后患肾功能均有不同程度改善。结论 :本术式具有出血少、结石取净率高、肾功能损害轻微等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To reduce bleeding in the nephrolithotomy and improve renal function of the patiens. Methods: Open operation was carried out under hypothermia after transient interruption of the renal artery for 73 cases with complicated nephrolithiasis. Results: Average bleeding was 180 ml in operation. Renal function of all patients improved after operation. Conclusions: The procedure was quite simple and complete removal of the calculi ease. Bleeding was minimal. Renal function damage could be efficiently avoided.更多还原
