油松幼枝 (松笔头 )挥发性成分的分析

【摘要】 采用水蒸气蒸馏法对辽宁产油松幼枝 (松笔头 )的挥发性成分进行提取 ,采用GC/MS方法对提取的挥发性成分进行了分离、鉴定 ,共鉴定了 2 5个化学成分 ,挥发油得率约为 2 .1%

【Abstract】 In this paper,steam distillation was adopted to separate the volatile constituents from young twigs (songbitou) of Pinus.tabulaeformis growing in Mountain Qianshan of Liaoning Province.Chemical constituents of the volatile oil were identified by GC/MS method, and 25 constituents were identified.Yield of the volatile was approximately 2.1%.
