甘宝素气相色谱分析
Determination of Climbazole by Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 介绍一种采用OV-1石英毛细管柱，在200℃柱温下用氢火焰离子检测器对新型去屑止痒剂甘宝 素进行质量分析的方法。该法相对标准偏差为1.8%，平均回收率为100.93%，检出限为13ng 。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a way to analyze the quality of the antipruritic Climbazole by using a capillary column packed with OV-1 at a column temperature of 200℃, using FID detector. The coefficient of variation and the average recovery are 1.8% and 100.93% respectively. The detection limits was 13ng.
