梅山铁矿选择性反浮选磷灰石的试验研究
SELECTIVE REVERSE FLOTATION OF APATITE FROM MEISHAN IRON ORE
【摘要】 研究了矿浆 pH、水玻璃和捕收剂KH的用量对梅山铁矿石反浮选磷灰石的影响。最佳条件是 :矿浆 pH8~ 9,水玻璃用量 2 0kg/t ,捕收剂KH用量 1 0 0~ 1 50g/t。实验室浮选试验结果表明 ,含铁 51 95%、含磷 0 478%的给矿 ,经一次粗选和两次精选后 ,可获得含铁 54 86%、含磷 0 1 65%的铁精矿 ,铁的回收率为 97 36%。
【Abstract】 Influence of pulp pH, dosages of sodium silicate and collector KH on the reverse flotation of apatite from Meishan iron ore was investigated. The optimal condition is pH8~9, sodium silicate 2.0kg/t and collector KH 100~150g/t. The results of laboratory flotation show that after the feed ore containing Fe 51.95% and P 0.487% is processed by one stage rough flotation and two stage cleaning, the Fe concentrate with Fe content 54.86% and P 0.165% can be obtained, Fe recovery being 97.36%.
