【摘要】 目的 :总结治疗颌骨内血管畸形的临床经验。方法:回顾分析 6例临床收治的颌骨内血管畸形的病例。结果:颌骨内血管畸形常同时伴有软组织病变 ,牙龈出血是最常见的临床症状 ,轻微外伤或拔牙操作可导致严重出血。颈外动脉结扎栓塞可以作为应急止血措施 ,也可在术前或术中应用以减少手术失血。结论 :颈外动脉结扎栓塞加手术切除即刻整复是根治颌骨血管畸形的最有效措施之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”FZ]Objective:[WT5”BZ]To summmarize the experience of dealing with the intraosseous vascular malformation of the jawbones.[WT5”FZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]Six patients with intraosseous vascular malformation of the jawbone were reviewed.[WT5”FZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] Intraosseous vascular malformations of the jawbone were often accompanied by the soft tissue changes. The most common symptom was spontaneous bleeding from the gingivae in the molar region. Trauma to that area or incidental dental extraction may cause massive hemorrhage External carotid ligation and embolization can be used as an emergency measure to stop bleeding or used pre-operatively allowing safer surgical removal of the lesion.[WT5”FZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]External carotid embolization followed by surgical removal and immediate reconstruction is one of the treatments of choice [WT5”FZ]更多还原
