【摘要】 目的 :了解P2 1wafl表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展的关系。方法 :利用免疫组化技术 ,进行石蜡切片回顾性研究。结果 :P2 1wafl蛋白在口腔上皮单纯增生的表达率为 75 % (12 / 16 ) ,显著高于口腔不典型增生 (2 6 0 9% ,6 / 2 3) ((p <0 0 5 )和鳞状细胞癌 (2 8 2 6 % ,13/ 46 ) (p<0 0 5 ) ;P2 1wafl阳性标本的阳性细胞计数与组织恶性程度成正相关。结论 :P2 1wafl表达的下调是口腔鳞癌发生发展过程中较早期事件 ,P2 1wafl表达率结合P2 1wafl阳性细胞计数在口腔粘膜癌前病变监视方面是一项有用的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the relationship between expression of P 21wafl and genesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma Methods:A retrospective study on paraffin-embedded specimens with immunohistochemical technique.Results:P 21wafl -positive rate in oral simple hyperplasia was 75%(12/16)which was significantly higher than in oral dysplasia(26.09%,6/23)(p<0 05) and in oral squamous cell carcinoma(28.26%,13/46)(p<0 05).P 21wafl -positive cell counting was positively associated with the malignancy progressior of oral mucosa lesions.Conclusion:The down-regulation of P 21wafl expression is an early event in carcinogenesis of and mucosa,P 21wafl -positive rate oral P 21wafl -positive cell counting combined can serve as a indicator for malignant transition of oral precancerous lesions.
