【摘要】 不同品种晾晒烟接种赤星菌后 ,游离氮基酸含量也不同 .随品种抗病性由弱到强 ,碱性、芳香族、杂环族三类基酸全病程病健比下降 ,酸性、脂肪族、侧链为非极性、侧链不带电极性四类氨基酸则上升 ,酪、赖、精、胱等氨基酸下降 ,苯、组、脯、蛋、谷、天、丝、苏、甘、缬、亮等氨基酸上升 .品种抗性越强 ,苯、酪、赖、精、组、脯、胱等氨基酸上升越早 ,消减也越快 .游离氨基酸总增值量也随品种抗性增强而增大更多还原

【Abstract】 Different varieties of sun-cured tobacco showed difference with their free amino acids content after being inoculated with brown spot fungi As the disease resistance increased,the basic amino acids,the aromatic acids and the hetero cyclic amino acids decreased,throughout the diseased period refenence to healthy plant,while four types of amino acids (acidic amino acid,aliphatic amino acid,lateral chain non-po-larity amino acid and lateral chain uncharged polarity amino acid) rose.Tyrosine(Tyr),istidine(His),proline(Pro),methionine(Met),glutamicacid(Glu),asparticcid(Asp),serine(Ser),Threonine(Thr),glycini(Gly)valine(Val)and eucine(Leu)etcamino acids also rose.The stronger the varieties resistance,the earlier the appearance of Phe,Tyr,Lys,Arg,His,Proand,Cys etc amino acids and the quicker for their disappearance.The total value of the free amino acids also were getting bigger as the varieties resistance increased.更多还原
