减小碳钢轴承套圈渗碳淬火变形研究
A Research in Reducing Delformation of Bearing Rings of Carbon Steel when Quenching
【摘要】 :云南楚雄轴承厂采用 4 5# 钢制作轴承套圈 ,经反射炉固体渗碳无规则直接淬水 ,引起套圈椭圆变形较为严重 ,淬火后长短径之差大大超过技术指标 ( <0 .2 0mm)要求 ,为此 ,造成产品报废率达 3 0 %以上 ,本试验目的 ,在现有设备条件下 .通过改变淬火方式和淬火介质达到减小套圈椭园度变形 ,废品由原来的 3 0 %以上降低到 1 0 %以下
【Abstract】 steel is used to make bearing rings in Yunnan Chuxiong Beaning Factory,Seridus defonmation is produced when the bearing rings are carburized in solid state in reverberatory funuace and are quencled directly in water.the difference between long diameter and shorf diameter of the producet is beyond technical target(<0.20mm) greatly and the reject rate is above 30 percent.This experiment designed under present facilities and conditions to reduce deformation of the products by way of changing quenching way and quenching medium. The reject rate decreases to 10 percent or less.
