【摘要】 目的 :探讨Watson_Jones切口进行髋关节置换术的疗效。方法 :我院自 1994年 3月～ 1998年 6月采用Watson_Jones切口 ,使用钛合金或钴铬钼假体 ,全髋关节置换术 55例。结果 :根据北戴河标准评定 ,此切口较常用的髋后外侧切口Smith_peterson切口疗效好。结论 :Watson_Jones切口进行髋关节置换术具有手术入路简便 ,操作方便 ,手术优良率高 ,适应面广等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the curative effects of hip jiont displacement of the aged with Watson_Jones incision.Methods:From March,1994 to June 1998,55 cases’ hip jionts were displaced by titanium alloy or cobalt,chromiun and molybdenum aritificial ones with Watson_Jones incision.Results:The curative effects were determined by Beidaihe Standards,which indicated that Watson_Jones incision receives better curative effects than those of outside lateral incision.Conclusion:The operating process of Watson_Jones incision is simple,it is convenient to operate ,the excellent rate of the operation is higher than those of other ones,so it is suitable for patients of various ages,especially for the old people.
