广钢连轧机用循环水系统的抽空现象及其排除

【摘要】 介绍广州钢铁股份有限公司连续轧钢分厂的循环冷却水系统 ,由于原设计不合理 ,运行时出现严重影响产品质量的间断性出水的抽空现象 ;分析了产生抽空现象的原因 ;提出了排除抽空现象的技术措施

【Abstract】 As a result of unsuccessful design, interruptive water current caused by evacuation in the circulating cooling water system always damages the quality of products of the continuous steel rolling mill in the Guangzhou Steel Co. Ltd. The causes to make evacuation are discussed and economical and effective measures have been formulated.
