广州地铁盖挖逆筑公园前车站钢管混凝土框架节点抗剪性能试验研究

【摘要】 本文对广州地铁盖挖逆筑公园前车站钢管混凝土框架节点的抗剪性能作了试验研究,包括3个1:5模型的静载试验和1个1:2模型的动载试验。研究得出:(1)该节点上钢管混凝土柱的钢管与核心混凝土的界面没有粘结摩擦力,节点不是由此摩擦力传递剪力,节点抗剪主要由下柱的局部承压承担。(2)钢管材质为3号钢时,公园前车站梁、柱节点的极限抗剪能力约是设计荷载(剪力)的4倍;而公园前车站钢管柱的钢管为16Mn钢,其屈服强度高于3号钢,因此该节点的极限抗剪能力将大于4倍的设计荷载(剪力)。(3)列车运行产生的循环荷载对节点抗剪性能影响很小。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the shear-resistance properties of the concrete-filled steel tubular frame joint of Gong Yuan Qian station of Guangzhou Metro constructed by cut-cover and top-down method have been studied experimentally. These experiments consist of three static load tests on 1/5 scale models and a dynamic-load test on a 1/2 scale model. The test results show that: (1 ) there is no frictional force on the interface between steel tube and the core concrete above the joint. Thus the shear force in the joint is not transmitted by the frictional force, but by the local beating capacity of the concrete-filled steel tubular column below the joint. (2) the shear-resistance capacity of the joint is approximately four times as much as the design load when the tube steel is of A3. The higher is the yield strength of the steel tube, the bigger will be the shear-resistance capacity of the joint. (3) the shear-resistance capacity of the joint is influenced slightly by the cyclic loading produced due to train motion.
