【Abstract】 After the reform from planned assignment to two partychoices for the university and college graduates,the employment guidances are more important than before.They have a bearing on the employment rate of the graduates and on the social aueptence of the university.This paper holds: The following work should be done in the employment guidances: (1) the publicity of employment policy; (2) the training of professional skill;(3)the training of personality quality;(4)the training of employment ability;(5)the renewal and orientation of employment sense;(6)the link of employment information;(7)the training of good psychological health.更多还原
