【摘要】 本文研究了用沉淀法以柚皮为原料提取果胶时工艺条件,通过对乙醇沉淀和硫酸铝盐析时各种影响因素的研究,分别得到较佳工艺条件,为批量生产提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The precipitation conditions of extracting pectin from pomelo peel were studied. The optimal processes of precipitated by ethnol and Al2（SO4）3 were obtained through studying the influence of some factors. The base of batch process was provided.
