碳酸氢钠溶液牙本质小管堵塞作用的实验研究
The Experimental Study on the Effects of Occlusion of Dentinal Tubules by NaHCO3 Solution
【摘要】 目的 :观察用药后牙本质小管堵塞的情况。同时选择、并确定堵塞完全时、用药的最低浓度。方法 :选用 0 .6mol/L、0 .8mol/L、1.0mol/L、1.2mol/L浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液进行实验 ,用扫描电镜SEM观察结果。结果 :0 .6mol/L浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液组可出现部分堵塞。 0 .8mol/L浓度的溶液组大部分堵塞。 1.0mol/L浓度的溶液组牙本质小管堵塞完全 ,管间牙本质有钙化物沉积。 1.2mol/L浓度的溶液组效果与前一组无明显差异。结果 :1mol/L浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液与牙体组织发生反应的生成物碳酸磷灰石能有效地堵塞牙本质小管
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of 0.6 mol/L,0.8 mol/L,1.0 mol/L and 1.2 mol/L NaHCO 3 solution on occlusion of dentinal tubules,in order to determine the lowest concertration of drug which may cause complete occlusion. Methods: Used 0.6 mol/L,0.8 mol/L,1.0 mol/L and 1.2 mol/L of NaHCO 3 solutions to react with hydroapatite in teeth tissue and scanning electron microscopy. Results: The effects of occlusion of dentinal tubules occurred after treatment with 0.6 mol/L solution,the most tubules could be obstructed after treatment with 0.8 mol/L solution;perfect effect was shown after treatment with 1.0 mol/L NaHCO 3 solution and there was no significant difference in effects between the group with 1.2 mol/L solution and the with 1.0 mol/L solution. Conclusion: Dentinal tubules may be occluded effectively by carbonate_apatite which is formed by reation of 1 mol/L NaHCO 3 solution and tissue of dental body.
