氧化铝二氧化钛负载聚铁催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯
THE SYNTHESIS OF ISOPROPYL CHLOROACETATE CATALYZED BY POLYMER FERRIC SULFATE LOADED ON TiO2-Al2O3
【摘要】 采用聚合硫酸铁为催化剂活性成分 ,氧化铝二氧化钛为载体 ,催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯。反应最佳条件 :酸醇摩尔比为 1∶ 2 ,反应时间约 6h,催化剂加入量为酸量的 3 .8% (w) ,回流温度为 97℃ ,酯收率达 84.9%。该催化剂原料易得 ,制备方法简单 ,有推广价值
【Abstract】 Isopropyl chloroacetate was synthesized by catalysis of polymer ferric sulfate/TiO 2Al 2O 3. The best technology were acid/alcohol 1∶2 (mol ratio), reaction time 6 h and catalyst 3.8% of acid, reflux temperature 97 ℃. The yield was 84.9%. The catalyst, with good use value, was simple to preparation.
