合理配施氮磷钾对直播晚粳稻产量与品质的效应

【摘要】 采用正交试验 ,研究了氮磷钾的不同配比组合对直播晚粳稻产量与品质的效应。结果表明 :中等施氮水平 ,N∶P2 O5∶K2 O为 1∶0 .1~ 0 .2∶0 .9的效应最佳 ;随着氮肥施用量的增加 ,磷钾相应增加才能发挥最佳肥效和提高产量、米质。合理配施氮磷钾对米质的效应在于提高整精米率和降低垩白度 ,而对直链淀粉含量等指标的影响不大。反映在稻米的综合品质上 ,优质与高产的肥料配比效应是基本统一的

【Abstract】 Based on the field experiment with the orthogonal design, different effects of various applying ratios of nitrogen (N), phosphate (P) and potassium (K) on yield and quality of dlirect-seeded late japonica rice were compared. The results were as follows:The best effect was obtained when the level of N application was intermediate and the ratio of N∶P 2O 5∶K O was 1∶0.1~0.2∶0.9; obtaining the highest fertilizer-use efficiency and increasing rice yield and quality required raising the level of PK application corresponding with the raised level of N application. The effects of rational applying ratios of NPK combined on rice quality tended to increase the head milled rice rate and to reduce the chalkiness, however, the effects of other quality characters were not significant, such as amylose content. As far as the rice synthesis quality was concerned, the effects of the ratio tended to be similar on high quality or high yield.
