羧甲基淀粉醚的制备
Synthesis Carboxy Methyl Amylum Ester
【摘要】 本文研究与探讨了用氯乙酸为醚化剂制备羧甲基淀粉醚的反应条件。由实验结果得出了取代度、糊液粘度与单体浓度、氯乙酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度的关系;对反应体系的pH值、电导率变化规律进行了研究;对淀粉的取代度与印花后脱糊率的关系进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 This article studies and discusses the reaction conditions of synthesizing carboxy methyl amylum ester by u-sing chloroacetic acid as etherification agent. Relations between substituting degree, brei viscosity and monomer concentration, chloroacetic acid concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature are concluded from experiment results, and pH value, change rules of conductivity of the reaction system are studied. The relation between substituting degree of amylum and brei removing rate after printing is also discussed.
